The Prize

£250 Voucher Giveaway

1. Promoter

The promoter is Axis Accountants Limited (“the Promoter”), ICAEW Chartered Accountants, with its registered office at Bank House, Ridgeway Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1ER

2. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to individuals and business owners aged 18 years or over.

  • Entrants must be residents of the Isle of Man.

  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  • No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the competition.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Follow the Promoter’s Facebook page

  • Like the competition post

  • Comment on the post

  • Only one entry per person will be counted.

4. Opening and Closing Dates

  • The competition opens on 30 March 2026.

  • The closing date is 13 April 2026 at 23:59.

  • Entries received after this time will not be considered.

5. Prize

  • The prize is one £250 Marks & Spencer voucher.

  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

  •  The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • The draw will take place within 5 working days of the closing date.

  • The Promoter’s decision is final.

Winner Notification & Announcement

  • The winner will be contacted via Facebook within 3 working days of the draw.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  • The winner’s first name and general location may be announced publicly on the Promoter’s Facebook page.

Publicity

By entering the competition, participants agree that, if selected as the winner, their first name and general location may be used for announcement purposes.

Data Protection

  • Personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this competition.

  • Data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

  • Entrants will not be added to marketing communications without their explicit consent.

Professional Independence

Entry into this competition and acceptance of the prize is not conditional upon becoming a client of the Promoter and will not influence any professional services provided.

Liability

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or other circumstances beyond its control.

  • The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

General
